I have stayed here two year ago (February 2023), and also now (April 2025). The place is even got better! Super friendly and helpful staff. Very delicious breakfast in a stylish space. Nice chill music playing, super nice atmosphere overall. The room is cozy, comfy beds, everithing clean and tidy. Smells fresh. Good shower and bathroom itself. Good quality blow dryer is provided in the bathroom. We travelled with two small dogs - this place is extra pet friendly. We received dog treats as a welcome treats on checking-in. It was an unexpected bonus, very sweet and friendly gesture. There was no restriction to bring the dogs with us to the breakfast zone (dogs stayed under the table all the time, we changed one another on the picking the food, one stayed with dogs by the table). There is a secure parking lot behing the building. Also there is more then enough space to walk the dogs in the area.

The reception staff was incredibly helpful, allowing me an early check-in, which I truly appreciated after a long flight. The price was very reasonable, too. My room was spotless—the bed, sheets, carpet, toilet, and bathroom were all impeccably clean. It was quiet, and the air conditioner worked perfectly without making any noise. The lobby next to reception was lovely, with plenty of seating and a nice ambiance. I believe there’s also a restaurant in that area, which is a great bonus. The location was convenient, with a McDonald’s and KFC nearby for quick meals. It’s also close to a beautiful park with lakes and a shopping mall with stores like Decathlon, H&M, and Dealz, just across the highway. They also offer a wake-up service, which I used for a 6 a.m. wake-up call. Big thanks to them for that! As someone who has stayed in many five-star hotels worldwide, I found this three-star hotel exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose it again on my next visit to Katowice. Considering the price and overall experience, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommended! 😊

The staff was wonderful. We came with dog and the hotel staff was very friendly, gave a snacks for the dog as a welcoming gift. The atmosphere felt incredible cozy and nice:)) The number was clean :) Tasty breakfast, just enough choice of everything

The reception was very nice, we checked in at about 20:00 at night and we were trying to find how to get to the Katowice International Bus Station - Sadowa Transfer Station the next day (there is no entry for that in Google Maps, it's in Polish). Not only did she help us, she found us three different ways to go there by bus from a nearby bus station. The room and the bathroom were very nice, clean and comfortable.

Very good hotel position - close to the motorway, easily accessible parking, rooms accessible via lift, comfy bed, very good breakfast, nice and friendly staff, nice view from the windows

It was my second experience with Campanile hotel in Poland. Everything was perfectly fine. Bathroom and towels are perfectly clean and fresh. Breakfast is full of different options and quite tasty. Especially a lot of thanks for the reception's girls, they were very kind and attentive ones.
